Absolutely amazing from start to finish. There is no hard sell, Darren kept in mind exactly what I required and worked within a short time scale that I had. Knowing zero about caravans I was completely overwhelmed, however Darren was extremely helpful and on change over day showed me the ropes and also moved the caravan to my chosen site, where he set everything up for me.
Nothing was too much trouble and kept to his word, even moving my caravan on his day off and throwing in some bits and pieces. He made the whole experience extremely relaxed and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a caravan, parts and repairs. I certainly will not go anywhere else.

Emergency trip at 4 pm on a Sunday for a leisure battery crisis. Staff on duty were brilliant. Tested my battery and then helped to diagnose the issue via a phone call to my wife (still in the van). While on holiday in Cornwall... 370 miles from home during the July 21 heatwave my Swift developed a problem with the fridge. Googling for a Swift dealership I came across Atlantic Caravans 9 miles from our campsite. I contacted them and was told bring it in we can have a look.
I arrived parked up. Within a few mins the engineer/tec guy came out did the usual checks THEN updated the Swift control panel, tweaked and then turned on the fridge. Knew exactly where to look for the problem and fixed it.
Not only are this company professional but also gave me the confidence that the problem could be resolved during at the time, very stressful moments. Rang Atlantic caravans because I needed a 13-pin to 7-pin adapter for my trailer. I mentioned I lived about 30 miles away and would come straight over to buy one.
A couple of minutes later Atlantic rang back to say I could actually get one from my local Halfords store which would save me a 60-mile round-trip. A five-minute trip to my local Halfords sorted me out.
